​During the shoulder season,  there are ten vacation accommodations available at Seaside.  If you aren't sure which one to choose, please reach out by phone or email and we are happy to help.  

3-bedroom cabin

• Tides: Tides is our three-bedroom cabin, our largest option. It has a ground floor bedroom with a queen bed, and on the second floor there is a queen bed in the 2nd room, and a double and single bed in a third bedroom. There is a large open kitchen/living area with full-sized appliances, microwave and dishwasher. 

2-bedrooms apartments

• Upper Deck: The Upper Deck is the top flat of our duplex called Manitou.  The Upper Deck has a queen bed in one bedroom, and a queen and single bed in the second bedroom. There is a well equipped kitchen with full-sized appliances and microwave, and an upstairs deck. The apartment has a large bay window which overlooks the lawn to the ocean. 
• Lower Deck: The Lower Deck is the bottom flat of our duplex called Manitou. It has a queen bed in one bedroom, and a double and single bed in the second bedroom. It has a well-equipped kitchen with full-sized appliances and microwave.  There is a ground floor deck with ocean views.   Larger groups often rent the whole Manitou duplex (i.e., both Upper Deck and Lower Deck) and open up the connecting door to enjoy one large space. 
• Hopewell: Hopewell is a two-bedroom apartment in the GreenBar Building (which also houses the front office).  This apartment has a queen in one bedroom, and a double and a twin bed in the second bedroom. There is an open kitchen area with full-sized appliances and microwave, along with a dining table and couch. Please note this is one of our pet-friendly units!  Please review our Pet Policy for more information. 
• Swell:  Swell is a ground floor two-bedroom apartment unit in the Greenbar Building.  Swell has a queen bed in one bedroom, and two singles in the second bedroom.  There is an open kitchen with full-sized appliances and microwave, as well as a dining table and couch. 

One-bedroom apartments

• Seabiscuit: Seabiscuit is a one-bedroom apartment unit in a row of three we call the Stables. This ground floor apartment has a queen bed in the bedroom, and a pull-out couch in the living room. There are full-sized kitchen appliances and a small dining table, perfect for two people.
• Pegasus: Pegasus is the middle one-bedroom apartment unit in the Stables. This ground floor apartment has a queen bed, and a shower in the bathroom. There are full-sized kitchen appliances and a small dining table. ​
• ​Secretariat: Secretariat is a one-bedroom apartment, the end unit in the Stables building. This ground floor apartment has a queen bed in the bedroom, a pullout couch in the living room, and a shower in the bathroom. There are full-sized kitchen appliances and a small dining table.​​
• Barnacle:   Barnacle is a one-bedroom apartment with a queen bed and pullout couch in the kitchen / living room area. It has a full-sized range and bar-sized fridge, dining table and couch.  This unit is on the ground floor. 

Studio cottage

• Perseids:  Perseids is a compact and cozy bachelor-style cabin with a queen bed, a perfect retreat space. It has a kitchenette with a four-burner stovetop, microwave and bar-sized fridge, and dining table for those who like to eat a few meals in.
