House rules and policies
We want everyone to have a restful and relaxing time while at Seaside. Everyone is welcome here and this is a safe space, regardless of someone's age, race, gender, sexuality, nationality, religion or identity.
Reservations
1. All reservations require a 50% non-refundable deposit. The deposit will be taken when the unit is booked.
2. Our most popular units have minimum stays of three nights in the summer season, and two nights the rest of the year.
3. Capacity and rates are based on the number of beds, and there is a maximum number of people per unit. Use of the sofa bed for additional guests will be charged $50 per stay.
4. If you book through us, weekly rates are set as seven days for the price of six days in the same unit (i.e., one day free).
5. All reservations are subject to HST (15%) and the Saint Andrews Tourism Accommodation Levy (3.5%).
Cancellation policy
1. All reservations require a deposit equal to 50% of the total fee.
2. For reservations of 6 days or fewer, cancellations will be reimbursed 50% of the deposit if the cancellation occurs two months or more in advance of the check-in date. Less than 2 months in advance of the check-in date, deposits are non-refundable.
3. For all stays of a week or longer, deposits are non-refundable after booking.
4. The remaining 50% of the fee is charged upon arrival.
5. For cancellations less than 48 hours before arrival, no refunds on the remaining amount due will be provided. Guests will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
House rules
1. There is one standard-sized parking space assigned per unit at the resort. Additional vehicles and oversized vehicles can park on the nearby streets.
2. All units are non-smoking (including cannabis).
3. No open fires permitted, including bonfires or fireworks.
4. Quiet hours are from 11pm to 7am.
5. Most of are units are not pet friendly. Please read our Pet Policy for full details.
6. There must be an adult accompanying children at all times when on the property (i.e., they cannot be left alone).
7. Check-in time is 3:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am.
