Reservations
1. All reservations require a 50% non-refundable deposit. The deposit will be taken when the unit is booked.
2. Our most popular units have minimum stays of three nights in the summer season, and two nights the rest of the year.
3. Rates are based on the number of beds. Additional guests (e.g., using the sofa bed) require an additional $25/person per night; those 12 years of age and under are $10/child per night.
4. Weekly rates are set as seven days for the price of six days (i.e., one day free) in the same unit.
5. All units are subject to HST (15%) and the Saint Andrews Tourism Accommodation Levy (3.5%).
Cancellation policy
1. All reservations require a deposit equal to 50% of the total fee.
2. For reservations of 7 days or fewer, cancellations will be reimbursed 50% of the deposit if the cancellation occurs two months or more in advance of the check-in date. Less than 2 months in advance of the check-in date, deposits are non-refundable.
3. For all stays longer than a week, deposits are non-refundable after booking.
4. The remaining 50% of the fee is charged upon arrival.
5. No refunds will be provided for cancellations less than 48 hours before arrival. Guests will be charged the full amount.

1. There is one free parking space provided per unit at the resort. Additional vehicles can park on the nearby streets.
2. All units are non-smoking (including cannabis).
3. No open fires.
